Pattern to Possibility is a series of practical, reflective workbooks based on Transactional Analysis (TA). Each book looks at one familiar pattern and helps you understand where it comes from, notice it in everyday life and practise small, realistic new choices.
The workbooks are written by Slađana Tatić, a psychotherapist in training in Transactional Analysis who works under regular supervision and is preparing for the international CTA exam (EATA). They combine short explanations, everyday examples and guided exercises with plenty of space to write.

A Transactional Analysis Workbook for People-Pleasers: Understand the Urge to Please, Set Kinder Boundaries, and Make Room for Your Own Needs
Saying yes when you mean no can feel automatic. This workbook helps you see when a yes is a genuine choice and when it is an old rule, and gives you space to practise kinder, clearer boundaries.
- recognise the inner rules that make saying no difficult
- map situations that keep ending with the same familiar feeling
- practise small, realistic responses that include your own needs
- follow a flexible four-week plan, with exercises marked Light, Steady or Deep
